Good luck!
I got the same tickets from a constable and use this guy. Have not been to court after the arraignment. Good luck.

So you got a ticket? Who was with you? I know you weren't alone. Yea just call one of the lawyers and pay the 100 bucks plus whatever court fees. It will still be cheaper that way and hopefully stay off your record.

14 more days and i'll be home, your bike should be out of the shop by then.

I never have used a lawyer, but a friend of mine had and he said he had to go to court and it just seemed like the lawyer talked to the officer and it was pretty much if the lawyer talked to the officer and they were cool you'd get off, if you had a no name lawyer the cop would want to see it threw. Not sure about this, but I guess I would want a more reputable lawyer whose always in court.

Kubosh....best traffic attorney in houston. There is a reason all of the surrounding lawschools use him as key lecturer for a lot of court procedure and traffic related stuff. Every big name lawfirm has been turned down by him. I know ours was. no firm can match the mill (or close to it) he pulls in sales of service. dude is on a one name basis amongst all houston attorneys.
