Yep, you have to exit Sping Cypress though. Fun new road too.

When did Fry connect all the way through? Recently I went on it to see if it went to 290 and it ended in a new construction subdivision

I want a quick way to get from 1960 and 249 to Westheimer and Hwy6 without sitting in the nightmare of the resovoir at 6 and 10
