drug theory.....

after gixxerbill's talk about drugs.....i'm not talkin bout Rx drugs.....i'm talkin bout coke, weed, meth, acid, heroine, crack, etc......

what does the government do with the drugs once they have busts and confiscate the stuff?

my theory, the government allows the drugs to come in (with a bust every now and then to keep it civil).....people sell it, people spend the money....then they have a bust. they confiscate the drugs....and sell it back to other countries and let them bring that right back....it's a never ending cycle.

if someone has proof that they destroy the drugs....pics or it didn't happen.

i think they also use them to set up large drug deals to bust others. When they WTC came down in 01 my dad went up there for 8 days on a search and rescue team... his team was the first team into the US customs building where he asked a customs officer how many $ in drugs there was there... he was told about 2.2 BILLION dollars worth of drugs. they had a 2,000 pound crate of cocaine, and a 68 pound bag of black tar heroin.... that chit sells by the gram and they had 68 POUNDS!!!

most of it is held for court which can be years. You cant do anything with it until the person(s) go to trial. After that its usually destroyed by incineration. Or they'll hold onto some of it and use to front with in other possible deals.

Yeah, I still have everything in the garage but I just need to make the time to get out there. I looked at how much money I was spending and the return I was getting and decided to chill for a bit. I'll get back out there eventually.

There is no reason for them to really keep any of it. The people at the top have plenty to go around.

You can take the tinfoil hat off...

"In the United States, the Drug Enforcement Administration burns illicit drugs such as marijuana, ecstasy, and cocaine at contract facilities. DEA officials transport seized drugs to the incinerator and load them into the device. (DEA agents do not allow the drugs to leave their custody.) Most incinerators have at least two chambers. The first chamber burns the drugs in a natural-gas fire, releasing gases that travel into a second chamber. The second chamber agitates the gases at a higher temperature and introduces more oxygen into the mix. Leftover gases, such as CO2, are released into the atmosphere.* Hazardous chemicals, like the ether and methanol used to make methamphetamine, are incinerated separately, according to Environmental Protection Agency regulations."

kyle, that is a bad way to set an example to the civilians when cops use drugs. it's not good for your health

i'm kidding.....but it's a good thing to know that they are actually incinerating some of the people put out on our streets.

what about the mary jane.....since it's used for medical purposes....do they incinerate that stuff too? or sell it to the pharms?

Smoking anything is not a good idea to combat another thing. The use of THC is best taken orally in a digestable form to help patients suffereing from terminal illnesses. Why anybody in the world would have a problem with a cancer patient eating a pot brownie is above and beyond my understanding.

did they light up some weed in your academy too? They brought some from the hpd lab (back when bradford had it and the analysts were doing more snorting that testing) and burned it class so we could know what it smelled like.

Tony,

What you are misunderstanding is that the drug companies don't need some that has been through all kinds of handling. They have the best stuff one could ever get already and it is all legal for them as long as they have proper DEA approval.

Did yall do cultural diversity week too? We had gay/lesbian day, muslim day, blind & deaf day. A whole week of this stuff.

The best day was the gay / lesbian day. They had a guy from queer nation come in and speak to us. As an ice breaker he asked us to list every derogatory term the we had ever heard for a homosexual.

So we quickly filled up the whole chalkboard. That dude was . We came up with some stuff he hadn't even heard. Best one was shirtlifter.
