Ninja 250 help

hi all,

I was riding on the freeway today, then i smell something burnt. When i got on the ramp my bike just stalled out. After cranking 2-3 time with choke on, it started. did i just toast my clutch? or something else

It work again like normal. i shut down for about 15 mins, than started. it went normal again( but i didnt ride).

sounds like maybe something shorted. been under the seat or had any work done to it lately?

nothing been done lately, the bike was only sitting for about 5 days. today is a nice weather so i decided to ride it out...

doubt it.... if you were drag racing it or trying to whoolie it then maybe.... cruising down the freeway will not toast clutches...

If it worked as normal after you started it clutch should be fine

Its almost impossible to kill a ninja 250 clutch. I dragraced and whoolied the outta mine for 13, miles.

I had that happen to me once ... but it was because I forgot to switch over to the reserve ...
