Hey lis, I got the info from carters country for the class. I'm thinking maybe I should start a new thread to see what kind of interest we would get. What do you think?

No one really seems to be pointing out the obvious to me-ninja nana was clearly scared and maybe justifiably so but lets look at this.

A bike thief has way easier targets than stopping someone who can possible recognize them later and stealing a bike and a truck. The possibility of spending some serious time in jail is drastically increased and most of them know it. I've never heard of taking bikes this way-besides you would have to be a of an opportunist to do it that way.

Most likely, these guys actually thought they were helping, maybe they wanted to hit on her I don't know. I don't doubt she was scared but she did the right thing.

On a side note just being scared doesn't give you the right to use deadly force, you would have to convince someone the reason for you being scared was actually a probable threat against your or someone else's life or a loss of of irrecoverable property.

I don't know about all that, no license plate, and then taking off when she pulls out the phone? That does not sound like people who are trying to help especially when she said that her bike was strapped down nice and tight. Criminals are getting dummer by the day, and never really think of the consequences of their action.
