sorry not even... look up the Use of Force vs the Use of Deadly Force its crazy I know but with great power comes even greater responsibility... if I were on a Jury and this exact story was presented in a Murder trail ... I would have to say the Use of deadly force was not justified

So if I walk up behind you and say Boo and scare you does that give you the legal grounds to use deadly force? eh NO!

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

I have already agreed with you several posts back and stated that I was not to a point that I would have wanted to kill them, but I was told by a police man that if you feel your life is in danger ie you fear for your life; under the right circumstances you are allowed to use deadly force. I totally woud not go there unless I knew I was about to die but in that case I would bust open my largest can of whoop and either kill them first or die trying no doubt.

Plain and simple I got the caca scared outta me and handled it hte best I could. Things would have been different had they kept it up after i picked up my phone, 911 was one button away and if they would have had a rear plate I still would have called, but I am sure they had a nearby hideout and I wasn't leaving my new baby in the back of my truck in a police station parking lot.

Just for future reference, as of Sept 1st 2007 you can carry a gun in your car (in Texas) even without a CHL. Although a CHL is also good to have.

Glad you didn't fall for their tricks.
