I go on record to think that was pretty shallow of arturo for making the zombie thread. Considering all zombie movies are make believe and Christ really did rise from the dead (being himself) not a zombie.

your argument holds no ground. its like saying the sky is blue, your argument: are you sure the ski is blue??? it just looks blue but you have never been up in it, or right next to it, it could be green.

btw: if youve never seen jesus, how do you know hes not white? im not saying he is, im just asking how you know hes not.

my understanding of history leads me to think that was a standard means of torture in that day and age. jesus was not the only guy to be crucified.

freedom of speech means freedom to make fun of anything you want. take that away, and it's over. that's a very slippery slope. just becasue I don't agree with someone does not mean they have no right to say it.

this is America damnit.

pretty soon you can't make fun of people's wardrobe, or accent. or "special condition" like the fact that I look like eric stoltz with downs' syndrome. where does it stop? it never does, and then we're living in russia, with the speech police telling me I can't laugh at carlos mencia or george carlin.

no fkin way. America baby!

Some may believe it is pretty shallow of you to not believe in zombies. Have you been in a public school lately?

Sorry to expose a little more truth but the sky is not blue. You perception of the sky may be that it is blue at times but, it positively is not blue.

This thread kind of drifted off course and back on at times. To address your question although, I have stated I am not an Athiest but, Do you really know the history of what you are celebrating and if so why are you celebrating it under a Pegan ritual?(This is more directed to the averages, for all I know you do a different song and dance) Why can Christians themselves not decide what exactly Easter is and when it should be celebrated?

I Think that this is the answer. Most dont know the history behind the traditions they celebrate.

But, they take it very personal when others joke about it. Kind of reminds me of the Muslims wanting to bomb countries because of a cartoon.

cause by tieing in Jesus in to the traditions now makes it taboo to question or dispute....:dontknow:

It is known as a target audience in marketing.

I for one enjoy any reason to get together with family and enjoy some cooking.

No offense Christian buddies but, it is a little strange to watch people react to beliefs. Beliefs that are not very solid to begin with at times.

I hear you, and I agree. Of all the sacred days in the Christian/Catholic faiths, they could have exercised some degree of respect for the day we (who believe in Christ) we hold most sacred as the day Jesus died for our sins.

But, I'm not surprised that they don't give a sh*t, and want to outwardly disrespect it, and laugh/joke at our Faith. Whether it be by ignorance or arrogance, they'll do what they do, and say what they'll say. So I would say just let it go, because most of us know where you're coming from

true that, i agree.

but this thread wasn't about how much you know about your religion or beliefs, this thread was just to respect someones religious beliefs. Catholics take it very personal and seriously when it comes down to anything that involves because they have respect for him.

its like me saying "**** yo daddy, he a lil and a and a dead beat wife beater". or me talking smack about "your moms a hoe". (not trying to offend u just using examples u know i love u moody "

how would u react if someone called ur mom a hoe? its like someone disrespecting the biggest respected person in a lot of catholics lives which is .

would u go to a little kid and tell him santa clause aint real and destroy that kids beliefs? NO! because thats just wrong.

so why disrespect catholics in thier beliefs which we can all agree on a catholics main belief is . doesnt matter how much you know about him, if your catholic and you belief thats good enough and should be respected.

word?

WORD MOTHA FUKAAAASSSS SKEET SKEET SKEET
