LETS HEAR EVERYONES RITA STORIES

Here's mine: Left Wednesday, took 8 hours to get to San Antonio. Traffic, of course, was horrible. Had BBQ at the hotel that I was lucky enough to get. Made a regular vacation out of it. Came home Saturday morning. No damage to the assets. Not even a branch down. Actually, not only was it expensive, it was just a real pain in the !!!!! RITA SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, i made a vacation out of it too. Spent 3 nights out near Austin at the lake house. Got a tan, drank some beer, and mostly chilled out. It was nice. I don't mind Rita.

Took Highway 3 and some other back roads through downtown to get to the 4-seasons hotel. No traffic. Stayed from thursday to sunday. I was roughing it since I had to sleep on a twin bed instead of my King size. Lol, I ddint mind rita at all.

Re: LETS HEAR EVERYONES RITA STORIES

Spent $70 on Gas,Wensday for a 19 Hour crawl to Dallas. Remolded my cousins house and got Free food and houseing. $50 in gas to put around 750 miles to finish my break in peroid on the new motor. $70 in Gas for a 10 hour trip back to pasadena on Monday.

Get home only to find your house is 100 degrees inside, all three fridges smell because i have no power or running water... Till wendsday! Priceless!

Well I flew out to San Diego and now I plan on moving back sometime when I have more money, lol. It was great. The weather is amazing. I would have loved to have my bike out there. I was at the beach on Fri, San Diego Zoo on Sat, Sea World on Sunday, and Disneyland on Monday. Sucks to have to come back to hot, humid Houston
