Looks like mad cow disease.

A lot bigger than I thought from the first clip. Defense project? it's kind of loud and slow. Wonder how it'd stand up to .50 BMG.

what were they using to power it a model airplane engine?

figured they would make it solar powered, but yea that could come in real useful to troop if it was quieter. No need to send a runner for more ammo or maybe even cary a payload for troops on the move...
