03 CBR 600RR Bogging down

So my bike has recently or for the last 2 weeks been acting up where when I ride it for about 2 miles it starts acting like its not getting fuel.. and the rpms start falling and it wont go.. Well I pull off the side and usauly kill it and start it back up and it will ride fine for the rest of the trip or the whole day. Seems like it does it after sitting over night. When the problem is going on It wont rev past 5-6k rpms and sometimes 8-9k. Just wanted to see if anyone had some advice before I took it in for warrenty.

New Plugs.
Oil level is right.
Plenty of coolant.
20,000 miles bike has been well kept.
no power commander btw.

you may have vapor lock-means gas tank not vent well !!! when you replaced spark plugs-took some things apart, just make sure no hoses kinked, all electrical connectors plugged in all the way....those i can think for now (i had a 05 cb919 it did when 1/2 way down of gas tank and when i unlocked / open gas cap- it hard - strong whissle noise too...)you may try to see when engine does happen related to gas level !!!! post update what you find

Check your battery connections, especially your ground cable at both ends.
Check your vent line routing and make sure there's no debris clogging them.

I actually took it apart checked connections and hoses cleaned my grounds and made sure battery was tight and ok. But what gets me is it only does it for a few miles then clears up and rides fine the rest of the day..? I used seafoam in the tb and then added the right amount to the tank going to try to run it through for a tank and see if thats helps. I dont want to take it to the shop and not have it for a week :/

Im not sure If it does it tomorrow ill see .. I didnt know I even had a FI light till today ..

And If it was battery related when it acts up and I killed it I wouldnt think it would start. OR it would give me problems when cranking at times. But my fluke is at work ill have to bring it home monday and see what the battery looks like

Yeah, we have some crappy gas around this area (d*** ethanol blends! ), but if that was the problem, I don't see why a shutdown and restart would 'fix' it for the rest of the ride?
