Ride for Spinal Research

Being stuck in this wheelchair and seeing as that there are a lot of motorcycle riders paralyzed in accidents like myself, how many of you would be interested in a Ride for Kids like event for Spinal Research?

There are a few orgs out there (mainly in the UK) and a few in the US for MX riders but nothing really for us road riders. So I was thinking of working with this org in the UK, they are an international org. If I have some positive feedback, I may just start to set something up.

Link to the org: http://www.spinal-research.org/displ...ion=spine_main

For my story, just click here: http://home.earthlink.net/~bdmpastx

He wasn't...look at his body position, it's way off! I passed him between corners.

I got to thinking about this ride for research thing and I just don't want the money going out of the US. I would like to see if there is anything offered like this in the US. I would rather help those closest to us. If anyone can find something in the US, let me know. I'll be looking myself.

BTW, the Ride for Kids is coming up soon so be sure to participate...
