Northside Freeride 3-26-08

I miss the northside rides we used to have out of Molly's pub the past few years so I'm doing something about it. . . I think wednesday 3-26-08 would be a great day for all of us to come out of the woodwork once again and meet some new faces, grab some grub(or RedBull), and try to get on a regular riding group going We had some amazing night rides back in the day and we've got most of the footage to prove it. . .I'm open to locations but i suggest we keep it north of Spring, there are hundreds of miles of roads up here that most of you have never laid eyes on. Post up idea's for meeting spots, what you ride, and your riding style.

I say BWW's at 3083 in Conroe or Hooters in the woodlands. I'll be on the KTM 525SMR and I just like to cruise when I'm with new riders. . .

i'll do my best to be out there. never done a group ride before so my riding style will be within the "speed limits" and fairly safe. i ride to live, not live to ride.....if ya get my drift....

i would rather meet somewhere more central.....conroe is a bit far north. woodlands or somewhere off I-45 and name an exit between woodlands and 1960.

LOL, I'm sure it won't take long for the "all show no go" types to start hanging out in the lot. At least this one is on the lake and i know of some serious roads between 45 and 59 that make 149 seem tame. . .I'll have to start mapping out a route and show some of you guys the other side of 45. 149 is too crowded for my blood unless it's the early bird run.

I'm down for this. Lots of good places to meet in the Woodlands. BW3 is good choice and easily accessible from I45. Tuesdays or Thursdays would work better since they offer wing/boneless wing specials those days. Some people might want to eat before they ride.
Make sure to be careful of PoPo in Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North which patrol I45 from Sawdust to 1488. Montgomery county sheriff is a fun time too. My hand prints are prominently displayed on some sheriff's hood along with my buddies if you don't believe me.

Dave C is buying btw.

This is post #2. One COULD see how I was lead astray. Further down, more confusion.
Thanks for clearing it up. Guess I won't come along...
