It needs to be done in a clean inviroment. Radiators need to be drained so on. You will probably be ok for May 3rd. I would do the oil for shure...

Nothing fancy about the trans. It was stock. But the motor had the Powroll 420cc big cam kit. I accually still have the motor out of that bike here at the store. Im looking for a C@J or a Red Line race frame to put it in for a vintage racer..

Yea you need to remove the radiators to check the exhaust valves. Very tight up front. Not that hard just time consuming.. You have to use the special valve guage to get in there it is so tight. A regular guage won't fit..

Oh okay I was going to offer to go over and help him if you'd give us the measurements but I've just got regular gauges and I don't feel like going through all that business.

Does Eric Murphy still have a tard? Thought maybe he got rid of it after the races at moody gardens last year.

Wish I could make this, but I will catch the next one. Im out of town that weekend.

He can get a coil in a day or two. Just have to lable it in. are you shure it's the coil? and not the stator?? I have had 3 crf 450's come into the shop with bad stators in the past few months. Usually weak spark is a stator. No spark could be either one. I would order both the stator and the coil just incase. One or the other will eventually go bad..

I got cut off. The coil is $40.00 and dont for get a spark plug cap . They go bad also. $32.00 A stator Is $160.00 The cdi is around $165.00 but i doubt it is the CDI. With the pricing of fuel nowa days you are going to pay around $75.00 to red somthing in 1 day Blue 2 day $50.00 or so.. Good luck...
