Unhappy ??????

hey guys i got a ques. i hit something on the way home from galveston on my 06 gixxer 600 and my oil is leaking...its right under the oil fillter and it has a hole so that sucks......"what is that part called so i can order it"

that's what's directly behind and under the filter.....

when did you change your oil? maybe you left the old oil filter gasket from the previous oil filter and installed the new oil filter right over it. check to see if there are 2 gasket (black o-ring type).....:dontknow:

looks like you bent it, check the gasket, the lil rubber around where you replkace the pan, also you would get better resonse if the title was i have an oil leak or sumthin instead of ???????????? try a junk yard for the part cycle salvage in pasadena

It isn't the pan that is leaking. I beleive that is part of the oil cooler system. It is hard to determine from your pictures.

wow, you are a horrible picture taker!

It looks like the oil pan, in which case you are in luck. I'm assuming that gsxr motors are still built the same was as they were in 01. You'll be able to just take it off, clean it, and JB weld it. 2006? might want to check and see if there is a gasket for that before you do, if so go ahead and get a new one.
