I got a girl, she's over often and doesn't help with bills. Mainly on the weekend, and when I am there. Very rarely do I let/like her there without me being home. It helps that she and my roommate are friends as well.

A good girlfriend should leave the house always when her boyfriend does...That way she is not invading your space or your other roommates space...also be considerate; if laundry is being done ask if anyone elses needs to be done and go ahead and pitch in on cleaning up after the both of them or just picking up in general without asking. But always ask other roommates if your girlfriend or boyfriend can have a key...there is more than just you living in the house and some may not be as trusting as others.

As far as the electric goes...I think that it should be split 5 ways if she continues to stay everyday and night. Or split ways with the roommate that has the girl and just be the three of yall that have known each other forever.

Simple: share the bills, share the girl, or get the F out da house. Say what needs to be said, don't roll over.

We've all been busy this week, he's been at the rodeo a lot since he is Ag Ambassador for our college. I mentioned we need to talk and we'll have a sitdown later in the week. Still working on covert photos, and I'll update as I can. Thanks for all the replies

DVL, I hate to put in a motion for a ban, but we've gotta see some pics to see exactly how we'd handle it. You know what to do.

The key is "calm." It's been mentioned, but you have to remember to remain level-headed.
Good luck.

mang! I can tell you a fact that the electric and water bills will be a lot higher with a woman in the house. I can say that when my ex-sister in law lived with me, i got used to paying bills as they were. But when she moved out, the electric bill dropped nearly $100 a month and the water dropped like $10 a month. Women just use more utilities.
Is she atleast hot??? pics if she is!

Been covered, and nope. He doesn't date the most attractive women, but of all his girlfriends we actually like this one. If she was as bad as the ones in the past it would have never made it to this point...

I live in a 4 bdrm 4 bath house with 3 other people. 3 of us get along really really well(all knew eachother before we moved in). The 4th one is a lot different than us so he kinda keeps to himself but he's been getting better. Anyways, he's gone all the time for work and Ag which is nice but now he has a new girlfriend. I hate waking up and having him gone but his girlfriend is up and about the house. He even gave her a key to the house, I know because last time she left I went and locked the door() and she somehow got back in w/o knocking

She spends the night all the time, washes her clothes, eats here, everything. I think she still lives w/ her parents so I can't blame her for not wanting to be at her own house. I could care less that he has her over when he's here but it me off when he leaves and she's still here. We each pay our own rent so that's not a big deal, but we split electric and water. If she's here all the time I want to ask him to split electric and water 5 ways and he pay 2 shares(one for him and one for her). Other than that, she's not costing us anything by being here, it's just annoying b/c it isn't her house. Question is, am I just being a about it and I should suck it up, or should I say something to him about it?

Eh....frustrating isn't it? It's just not fair for someone to move in to your house and contribute to your utility bills & whatnot and not pay a dime towards them

Wait a minute. This sounds so familiar to me...

its like a whole extra room mate. She should have to split all bills. He should understand he has a squater on his hands. I had a female roommate and my g/f started staying over more and more to the point she pretty much lived with us. They got along pretty good until my g/f stayed over all of the time. The r/m started locking the dead bolt from the inside on her if I was not there. G/f kicked in the door to get her stuff out. We finally moved out and got an apt togather. That was 10 yrs ago and we are now married. Point is its not fair to the other roommates for him to let her act like she is a contributing roommate. I could see it was wrong. The r/m and I never agreed to have a 3rd.

this would be a lot worse if she was hot.
LOTS of guy forgive stupid b!tches do just because she's hot.
fVck that. I treat'em all the same. it's shocks them. if she was smokin, you'd never get her to leave and you'd still be in the financial bind SHE put you in. even if you wanted her around and didn't care about the fact that she's sponging off you, you'd eventually get mad when she didn't choose to bone you or any of your roommates. fights ensue, and a normally cool place to live is jacked up by some random piece of tail.
be glad she's plain, hot chicks are all over the place. a click away, this is the fVckin internet for christs sake.
