you get your x-rayz tony? How does it look? How are you feeling today?

Here is my newest hardware, just got it installed this morning.

Just got home, BIG THANKS to Squanto84 and the other guy (sorry I don't remember your name, I'm barely awake) who helped me get home.

Gonna pass out in a couple minutes. Have a good day, I feel great!

Mike, you and Eric with the hardware.... he friggin' rode yesterday at GSS! I opted for the "letter Z" shaped collar bone and had to wait for friggin' two months to get on the track again.

Good luck Tony, looks like a candidate for the insurance to auction off at a great price unfortunately.

Two months? Wow, you were lucky. I didn't even get cleared until after six months (July - Dec) and still have problems. My shoulder joint is all messed up now due to the 'rest' I needed to let the bone heal on its own. I should've just shattered it with a hammer and gotten screws.

Mike, sorry to hear about your collarbone but the screws is the best way to go! On average, it appears they heal twice as fast as the fractures that have to heal on their own.

Doesn't surprise me about Eric though, he rode TMGP with a broken foot.

These three guys should start their own racing team.
I've even got a logo they can use:

They may have a faster recovery time, but most of the orthos I've polled feel that the bone is more prone to re-fracture if you plate it. I think I made a good decision, but it sucked waiting so long. It was actually about 4 months before I was able to get back on the bike since the MD wouldn't release me.

Oh yeah, mine healed faster 'cause I'm a big tough dude, and you're a dainty flower

They might just adopt that logo and racing name.
