Fairings......?

So I got a set of fairings. I was going to just use them for when I do stunt shows (all for looks) but if someone can convince me that my bike will move faster with full fairings, then i will be using them sunday at the track.

FWIW, I hate the way a bike looks with fairings and i know there is a aerodynamic difference, but how much of a difference does it make? top speed?

thanks in advance for any good info given.

If you are going with your stunt bike which is limited by it's gearing I would not worry about aerodynamics. That would only be if you were running stock gearing and needed every advantage to get up to top speed. even then msrh doesn't have a long enough straightway to get that fast.

I am not so sure about that! I think his bike tops out at 120! ( Clayton correct me if I am wrong) even my slow behind gets WELL over 120 so I am sure he would!

It makes a difference but, so does everything else on the bike.

In all honesty, on any of the tracks out here except maybe TWS (Texas World Speedway), fairings / aerodynamics aren't really going to come into play.
