She was in her back yard/patio. We are being careful. We are very proactive people and hey everyone knows that the police are not exactly the quickest people around and are extremely busy.

I know a person that was killed in an accident and the lady that caused it her lic was suspended, and they didnt do anything to her. So we all have to drive like everyone is out to run us over, cause in the end they are and will get away with it, sad but true.

Get the police startd etc, but then get an attrny and get things started on a civil suit. Get a lot of pictures of your injuries, odds and rewards likely to be better if a jury can see you while your injured as compared to you've had months and months to heal up.

Yeah good luck with that.

I had a full blown criminal case where I was a victim. And the defenses' attorney blew a lot of BS in the judge's face and it was 2.5 years before I actually got to the court room.

kinda where I have someone hunt the other attorney down and convince him he needs re-educating in a polite and friendly kind of way

+1 and look at the time these incidents happen.

when we hung at JCI we would never leave the parking till after 3am or before 1-1:30am to avoid the drunk crowd getting out.

if i were here i'd prolly hire an investigator, you can't expect the police to do everything.

+1. It's the perfectly legal way to get it done fast. And if they have enough money for a beamer and a vette, then I think you could probably recoupe money lost through court. Just my opinion though.
