Exclamation Motohouston I need a plate ran!!!!

ALRIGHTY PEOPLE!!! I got in contact with a witness to my hit and run last night. They were able to give me a make and model and license plate! YAY!!
Please help!!! I need all the information I can get on the following car.

Black 2005 BMW
plate # 442 LGT

My dad wants to know if this is felony or a misdemeanor for a hit and run involving an injury. My dad says in all the other states he has lived in its a felony but the police officer said it was a misdemeanor here in Texas but I guess the officer didnt sound too sure of himself. Can i get some insight on this?

sorry mods. I dont know if I posted this in the correct area. move the thread as needed.

You know why she ran....

On a late Friday night...that Bi-otch was drunk!

Make her pay for her mistake, teach her a lesson, it could have been a lot worse than it was!

Can't a cop run those plates for you? Just asking!

I would like to get pics of the vehicle before they take the vehicle to the shop to get it repaired. That is why I am all over this like a fat kid on a cupcake. So I need more information on this woman!

I knew someone had to have followed them!!! I'm on my way out, but when I get back, I'll recheck the thread... if noone has posted up the info, I'll contact my sheriff friend and ask him... see what he can do.

Good Luck!

Odds are good in that area it isn't a house; more likely an apartment or condo.

Also odds are good that they ran becuase they were drunk and not wanting a DUI; or uninsured, or DWL.. many reasons for dumb moves. If you have a valid witness description, you need to get in touch with the PD and whomever is handling the case, and let them handle it.

My wife is an attorney in a personal injury law firm, she'll be able to help you. Give her a call: 713-961-7777 ask for Nataliya.
I hope this would help.

Sorry about your wreck, get well!!!
