i ate it

it happend finally ya me i ate sht hard got the bike up and running and a lady in the neighborhood pulled out in front of me she swares she didnt see me slamed on the brake and the bike went up and over and i hit the ground.. hurts like a btch but ill be alright ankle little swolen and palms and arm tore up just little. now i finally knows how it is to hit the pavement wasent that bad but still is a pain in the bike needs alitle work but still rideable just thought i would let yall know..

by the way ya i did flip it landed on my foot hella hard and man my foot is in some pain but it will be all good in a few days

No, seriously thank your feet are ok and your Bike is still in some kinda shape. We really need to ride together (AND TREY).

How long had it been since you rode? I know even after 3-4 days off the bike I need to take it real easy for a while and get my cycle-legs back.

Think it could have been avoided?
