all these thoughts happened extremely fast but just before impact i thought to myself 'why is that car heading towards me?' then at impact i thought 'wow i gonna be in a wreck' and then as im in the air i actually have a moment where i dont remember anything even though i didnt hit my head. I remember landing on my facing the opposite way i was heading. I have enough time to look up and see the tail lights of the car go around the corner and then am distracted by the pain in my left leg. As i grab at my knee there is a car that rolled down the window and he yelled out the window if i was alright. I remember yelling 'no! please help!" and motioning with my arm for him to come over. I was close to the curb so i scooted my onto the curb. Thats when the doctor guy came over and stated his name and said her was a doctor and told me to not move. I remember some lady off to my left said she had called 911. I was facing my bike and noticed my tank bag was not attached to it. I had the doctor guy find it for me. It had my fone in it. He is the guy that called my parents for me using my fone. By that time the police officer was there and a couple guys picked up my bike and got it started and rode it to the gas station right there at the intersection and brought me my key. I remember the police officer telling me, as im geting strapped to the back board by ems, that my bike was gonna need to be towed and started to protest because of all the horror stories ive heard from motorcycles being towed. The doctor guy told me it wasnt the worst of my problems. everything happened extremely fast. I say from impact to being loaded into the ambulance was less than 10 mins.

Update

Ok heres the latest update. I talked to my investigator yesterday. My witness was not able to pick the driver out of the line up. That means that our criminal case is dead. I will not be able to press charges or anything. She will get no tickets and no felonies. Shes gonna get away with it. But now its time for the civil case to be continued. It will take upwards of a year for the civil so im in for a long haul. Wish me luck.

No charges could be pressed. We could not prove that she was driving her car while it hit me. We do know that it is her car that hit me due to the eye witness. I am in the process of suing her and her insurance so that i can have my medicals bills paid and damages paid back. My attorney has stopped returning my phone calls and emails though and I am about to open up a can of whoop . It has been an uphill battle the whole way. I'm an dishearten about this whole thing. It sucks. My knee still gives me problems and my break in my leg will ache when the weather is foul. It just proves that there are bad people that will not own up to their mistakes. I just wanted my bills paid. But no she has to lie and cover up and so now ima sue her for as much money as i can get. fu<king milk that ... dishonest mother fukkers in this world.

Good luck justine, hope that gets what she deserves. Sucks it's coming up on almost a year now and you still haven't gotten reimbursed.

I shall take every possible avenue for legal action to get reimbursed. If absolutly nothing pans out then.... well lets just say I still know where she lives and where she works and where she spends her free time and where her family lives... Hahaha... you dont wanna fuck with me...

wow that sucks. i would suggest talking to as many different attorneys as possible and try to find one that rides. if he does then he is more likely to go after her with every thing he can.

Yeah the current one was trying to convince me to stop riding. I was like stfu you dont know what you are talking about, you have never ridden. But then he explained that his brother died in a motorcycle wreck.... sooo.... I forgave him for talking smack to me.
