Were there any citations issued to the driver? The reason I brought up the class c for dwls, is that it is now basically a traffic ticket, unless you are a repeat offender.

yes he was transported to the hospital. Jon says he cannot find any reference to any citations on the report.

he got hit today and they gave him a copy of the report in the same day? Our reports take 10 days, HCSO is about the same, APD is fast.
