with as cheap as they are, just replace it?

Having said that - Bootbarn in Deer Park can fix zippers in boots, maybe they can help you out.

On College about 1/4 mile past Gulf Coast BMW (just past the middle school) on the left side is a boot shop.
Sorry I can't remember the name but they do leather repairs of all kinds (including racing leathers) and I'm sure they could hook you up. I've done bidness wit 'em a couple times and they did good work and fair prices.
They make custom exotic boots that cost an arm and a leg so I'm sure a zipper would be no trouble.

They just replaced my zipper (last week) on my Polo riding boots! ($17.00) 2 day turn around!

Their boots in there are outrageously priced though!

Try the dry cleaners they should be able to do it for about $20. I have a Icon leather jacket with the same problem. I didn't do it yet cuz I'm trying to find someone who can replace the little Icon tag that goes on the zipper.
