thats what matters. its a rough, expensive lesson to learn, but you know you wont do it again. so the ticket did its job.

a wise man once told me: stupidity is making the same mistake twice and expecting different results.

i warning might have done the trick, but whose to say you would have taken the issue as seriously had you not gotten hit in the wallet. Im sure some of the LEOs here could chime in with their opinion of warnings on speeding tickets. Maybe a warning will slow the person down, but maybe they'll just think they got away with it.

either way, its a moot point to argue. its done and cant be changed. You dont know what the impetus behind the ticket was. perhaps a handicapped driver wanted to park near your bikes but couldn't due to clearance issues. Maybe they contacted a cop about it. Never know.

and maybe thats the case less then coop but like i said in a previous post, that where i was would not have affected someones ability to park and/or load/unload. and also like i said, i TRULY was oblivious and did not know, im not a stubborn man...im a woman, that would have moved my bike after i was told i wasnt allowed...

under those circumstances I suspect you could, but that's not the scenario in this case. you parked in a handicaped zone, what is there to argue? that you are crippled and forgot to put your physically disabled pass on your bike?
