That's great! I wonder where she kept them? My dogs would have eaten them before they could last four years! And WHY?

and THAT is a viable reason. fast food is NOT good for you, never has been, is common knowledge, and ALSO has been for well over half a century. yet people wanna blame the burger joints cuz they cant stop eating.

This is a pet peeve of mine; fast-food places that change up their menu, use different oils to fry stuff (McDonalds fries have never been the same since they took the beef tallow out of the oil), and basically try to get across the message "Hey, we're not so unhealthy now - come on in for a salad!"

B.S.

Fast food is fast food. I eat at places like McDonald's, but I'm not there with the belief that I'm eating healthy. I'm there because I want a Double Quarter-Pounder with cheese. These places ought to just say that they're fast-food burger places, not salad and tofu places, and you should know what to expect when you walk in the door and don't about it.

I eat fast food everyday.

whataburger for breakfast after the gym.

mcdonalds spicy chicken sandwich an sonics pop corn chicken (hook me mike) every day for lunch. large fries or taters. and wash it down with a large soda or route 44 cherry limade.

And whatever my girl cooks for dinner. usually steaks. brisket. bbq chicken. etc.

Believe it or not. There was a pro bodybuilder ( johnny jackson i believe)
that ate 30 cheese burgers or some similar amount a day. never went over 8 percent body fat.

What I am trying to say is eat what you want. but hit the gym every once or go run.

salads and diet food are for ***gots.

all of your food has preservatives in it. even those veggies youi buy in the grocery store that you believe to be "fresh". ever notice the waxy film on an apple? think nature put it there?
