Well I figured I woudn't make it in any pics, but I had a blast and learned a lot. I've been riding sport bikes for only 6 months and that was my first TD ever. I can't wait to get more and more seat time at da track. Everyone out there was riding extremely well for what I thought was all noobs. But I think even I picked up a little more speed by the 5th or 6th session. I just need to get the confidence to slide my off the seat a little more next time!

sure didn't look like it

for 6 months of riding, and 1st trackday....you did great. it's all about comfort and confidence....that comes with seat time. from the start to finish, you were among many who progressed a huge amount. you started off on the 2nd session a little sketchy, by the 4th or 5th session, it looked like you were changing your body position and gaining more and more speed. next time be ready....you'll learn twice as much now that you know the basics.

next noob day is 4/26...email buck and jump aboard. or try out one of the regular days for an awesome time as well....plenty of fast guys to get you movin!

ill be there and it will be my last day of riding my bike before i ship out to basic training for the airforce.

you ask how long before you get that good....at the rate you progressed throughout the day.....not too far fetched. i tailed you a few times and from the morning session til the end, you got faster and faster, looked WAY more comfortable by the last few sessions. keep comin out with LMS trackdays, and you'll ride like a pro in no time.
Hey, thanks for the encouragement ... not sure just how much I improved from an objective point of view as I had no clue what my lap times were from the beginning of the day to the end of the day, but I certainly felt a lot more comfortable and was actually more relaxed in the last session than I was during the first session and more importantly I was having fun ... serious fun. I didn't care how many times I got lapped, but it was a personal challenge to keep you fast guys in my sights in the corners and learn your lines as best I could. I kept talking to myself like ... "Okay, he starts turning in there and exits there" and stuff like that... informative is an understatement.

Great Thanks to Buck and crew. Jason for taking some time with the brakes. Turns up the master failed. :/: Larry for the embarassing push for gas. I still don't need no stinking guages. Great bunch. The track clockwise is a WHHOOLLE nother game.

Logan: you did an awesome job. Followed not to closely at the end you were moving at least twice as fast as when you started. Nana did a great job too.
Lot of the noobs did a good job holding lines and learning the track well.
It was surprising! They listened and learned well what the crew showed and told. Great seeing everybody. See ya'll asap after repairs. Thanks again.

Alot of first timers, and a few with a day or two under their belt.

Buck will bring in extra instructors specifically for noob dates, it allows us more one on one coverage.

I was really impressed with how well this group progressed....If I didn't know any better I'd swear these guys were veterans...

I think everyones street time helped, because it seemed like the guys that had alot of street time werent scared to romp on it and lean it over.

Yep. all NOOBS but two of or regular guys who are comming back from crashes and were moving slower. Captain Morgan and Guitar man looked like seasoned veterans right out of the gate. I'm guessing the Captain ain't no sissy in the karts, seems to like the slide. NEVER seen a noob slide.....ever. I hope they are gonna put you in a fighter Capt. Morgan.
