I HAD A BLAST

I gotta tell ya guys; my trackday was the most fun I believe I have ever had with my clothes on. I would like to thank Buck Beasley as he is my new found hero, if it were not for his instruction and ability to put me at ease was incredible, so hats off to him. Logan5 I really enjoyed riding with you and meeting you; being that we were the only one's out there on 250's I think we made pretty good running mates. I would like to thank Jet, Jenn, and Scott, and Henry for coming to support me and of course I would like to thank Tim and April and her family that came out for support technical and otherwise. I could not have made this day with out any of you. Also the other instructors were very helpful my lead instructor was awesome. I would also like to say that I could not have had such bichin leathers if not for Mary Kay cosmetics which is how I earned the money to buy my new Dianese's purchaced at Cycle Gear and my gloves purchaces from Motorcycles Unlimited. Patrick and Suzanne saved me on this one because it is hard for me to find gloves that fit right and NOBODY else had them

I had a great time I learned alot and as soon as my body gets back to normal I will be headed to the track again and again and again and well you get the point; I really liked it.

Buck: personal thanks to you, you made it easy for me and I like easy, just so you know I will deffinately work for track timeWe'll talk later. I miss the track already.

If I left anyone out I am sorry but there were so many involved and to those I have not mentioned thanks to you all.

SO........when is the next trackday anyway?

Glad you had fun Lisa and good to hear that you will go back again. I was wondering about you when I saw you guys loading the bike up.

It take courage to get out there...especially with these BOYS

I had only had about 5 hours sleep the night before and tried sitting out a session thinking I could regain a bit of stamina, but I was fatigued and felt it was better judgement on my part to refrain from putting myself or others in harms way ya know, but you can bet your bottom dollar I will be back it was great. Next time I will plan a little better an d get more rest the night before.

This may "out" me for being sick wit it, but I go to the gym just to work the muscles that I use most for trackdays.
Legs and all the "pushing muscles"

I don't care about lookin' buff or impressing anybody (I'm too old anyway), I just want to be in shape for trackdays.

I'll find out if it has helped on the 23rd.

Lisa ... that fact that you came out ready for fun was inspiring. You did great ... rode your ride and showed us all that anyone with the right mindset can have fun and learn something at that track ... of course it helps when there are a bunch of awesome instructors too ... props to Ric for taking us 250'ers under his wing ...

Buck ... if it wasn't for Ric I don't think either one of us would have gotten as comfortable as quickly ... for certs all the instructors were awesome, but Ric really stuck with us and showed us a good time.

yea I rode four sessions and felt for me and all others on the track that it would be best for me to call it a day. My body had started hurting and my eyes were watering from lack of sleep and you kinda need your body and eyes to be working properly for the safty of all concerned so I opted to bail out. Body still hurts but my eyes are better.
