Old chain wanted...

Looking for some worn out chain (was thinking of making a dog collar out of it)

Anyone done this yet? I dunno, the dog's hair may get tangled up in the links

I guess non-o-ring would be the best?

Thanks!

cool idea, but it may be painful for him, You going to stake the link and make it permanent. have to pull out the band saw to cut it off of him, lol.

Can't you just break the chain with the 'lil hand tool? That way it would be adjustable as he grows...

I'm thinking now that it won't work (arm hair always gets pulled when wearing metal-banded watches, so...)

yes you can, but you will have to grind the head of the pin off. A clip type master would be better, then you could keep adding masters as he grew.

if youre worried about his fur getting caught up in the links, then you could just wrap the chain around a leather collar. It wouldnt be too noticable and would put a layer between fur and chain.

^^lol, i knew what you meant, i just liked how it read as i was going down the thread. Yup, gotta agree on the dogs too, labs are teh best, Mine was mutted up, which is probably why he was abandoned as a pup. I gave him a home and the rest is history. Oh, and Johnny as his name makes way more since if you know that my last name is Cash.

cant help myself...even my dog likes to go fast!
