shoulda called me or tuan.

ur screwed, hes either gonna ignore state farms calls or deny it. then state farm wont pay.

for future reference, get a police report that states hes at fault, its not neccesary but what i did when someone rear ended me before was got him to sign a piece of paper saying he is at fault, thats all the evidence state farm needs to put it on his policy

hey guys guess what? good news... everything is taken care of! the other guy's insurance sent me the check, i just went to the body shop and they told me a total of $1,525 AND he's fixing my front bumper.. i hit it along time ago so thats awesome cuz the insurance sent me a check for $2,626 so i get to pocket the rest! yay so im already in the rental car and its covered 100% and my rental car is the Pontiac G6
so im happy that everything worked out and i didnt get screwed over
thanks for all the help and next time (which there wont be a next time) i'll at least know what to do!

lol no.. he's not paying for the front bumper.. the estimator from my insurance company came out, gave me an estimate for the $2,626. then sent me the check..i went to a friend of the family, which said he'd do the back of my car And the front of it for $1,525.

the estimator gave me an estimate for only the BACK bumper and trunk.. which came out to be the 2,626
