K7 1000 Suspension Help

Well guys, I bought an '07 1000 to help instruct at the Texas Track Day events and figured I'd just use the stock suspension and just set it up properly... Well, I only weigh 135lbs so I figured preload all the way out, which feels great. However, the more I soften the rear the worse the bike handles. Steers really heavy, and the front wants to fall in alot. All my race suspension has been professionally setup and I'm flying in the dark with this so any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Bring it by, we can do a suspension set up for $25.00 as well as make some geometry recommendations based on the tires your using.

We can dial it in, but you're correct in that with your weight it will not be optimum until you change the springs and valving.

Thanks a ton to Larry Meyers, Bill Drake, and Alan for helping me get everything setup tonight. If anyone reads this and needs a GOOD setup, call Larry. He was really thorough in the setup and even offered future help if problems arose and tire setup and recommendations. So, again thanks.
