So you don't have so many people off about not getting free food (Which is pretty bad) Why don't you charge a small fee like $5 a plate (that will keep the rift rafts away) Then take the money and donate it to Charity. That is what we do on our off-Road events. Works real well and makes the organization look good for caring.

Also let me know where I can help I am always down to help organize and set things up.

I thought it went well last yr, that was my first at msrh but it was good , food was good, they open the track at lunch and they had some sponcers with dyons and patric was doing susp set ups , i thought it turned out perfect , ex for the ones that wher comp. about the food or what ever !

i would love to come this yrs bbq, i have chatted with so many people on MH and i have not gotten to talk face to face with to many of them so it would be cool!
