Ive done this with a group in the past, since we have off duty police officers on the boards available we could take this to Bear Creek Park (or any others you can think of since they do allow alcohol if you have an off duty officer on the grounds).

Ill gladly volunteer my cooking skills, grill, ice, whatever you guys need. I can supply music also if youd like (well, the speaker system per se)

i think the track is more appropriate for the MH bbq again....it's been a tradition for 2 years in a row already...might as well stick to it.

plus for the members that don't know other members, at least they'll have entertainment from the track riders and the stunters.

plus all the site sponsors and vendors can do what they do at the event as well.
