I know i am an old dude, but i can burn a brisket with the best of them. If we can get a fairly solid week end i think that we have enough peeps to do all the cooking. I may be able to get a pit that will cook 10-15 briskets at a time with enough notice. If not I can do 2-3 on my pit and if we had a couple more we can get 10-12 cooked. How many are we looking at trying to feed? if you limit to busa's only..... who will do the work?
