Went to eXimports and got a free laugh.

I was out in a few dealerships looking at bikes after buying a helmet and jacket @ cycle gear.

Decided to stop by eXimports since it was like 100 yards away.

To make a story short, I specifically asked for a 250cc bike. They showed me a Ninja. The salesman told me he wanted 3500 + TT&L for a USED 2006 Ninja w/ 9k miles on it. Either way he suggested that I buy a 600cc because I would outgrow that one too fast.

i loled, took his business card and walked out.

Across the street, Kawasaki dealership offered me a brand new 07 N250 for 2,990 and asked if I've taked the MSF.

They are still their coz they sell their Aprillas and Ducatis at decent prices. They are also the biggest volume dealership in and around the Houston area (& surrounding).

They are great to racers (atleast to me and some others).

But besides that everyone is a - yes.

I wanted to work there when i was in college. (not too far from rice u) just so i could be around all those ducatis. They are very nice to the ducati riders. I know my dad (duc rider) raves about the place to every rider he meets.

You think they are . Visit ferrari of houston. or Porsche of west houston.

i would never buy a bike from there...

but another reason why they do sell so many bikes for such high prices....because dumb people who don't know any better finance them. or people so desperate to get on a bike they don't care. usually when you can't get financed somewhere else, eximports finds a way to finance you.

sounds like my old roommate. He bought his 929 there, before I knew him. I looked it over and was like WTF! I just remember that we needed to do an afternoon of minor adjustments and tweaks. Forks were uneven, clutch and brake levers at different angles, stuff like that.
