Clutch Lever

It's been months. I finally have another legitimate question.

Mogee received all kinds of adjustments this past weekend. Everything's great, but one of those adjustments forces me to let the clutch lever out wayyyyy further than I'm used to before it begins to engage. I know I need to learn this new setup, but I hate it. It's awkward. Now I'm riding on tip-toes and finger-tips too. :/:

It was adjusted b/c I've been having trouble getting out of neutral and into first--sometimes Mogee just didn't want to do it. I'd have to rev it a bit then pop it into first.

I know I can't keep the old adjustment without causing problems, but what are my options for reducing the distance from the bar to the lever? Should I just bend the current lever? Get a new one? If so, what's best?

you've heard my opinion, so i'll let others chime in... but i don't think you'll be able to bend it without breaking... i tried that with a fiddy lever...

it was adjusted... it had some play in the lever before she would actually disengage the clutch... it was adjusted so that as soon as she starts pulling the lever, it starts to disengage the cluth. the way she had it, the lever wouldn't fully disengage the clutch so she was having a hard time getting it in gear
