SE Side new tires good shop

I'm looking for a shop on the SE side to put a new rear tire on my F4i, my rims are powder coats and being as the bike is custom I really dont just hand my bike over to anyone. Anyone around here back up their work if they scratch something?

thanks

I would recommend Discount on South Shaver, but not sure if they got insurance and if they won't mess up your rims.... take it to a sponsor here and let them deal with it... I hear javi does good work and I have dealt with him before, so True Methodz???

Discount on Shaver gets the job done, locally, for cheap. I use them, but they usually do scratch my rims. Doesn't bother me, but it would probably be an issue for you. Call them up and see what they say.

Ever talk to the guys at X-it Cycles on 518 in League City? I have no maintenence experience with them, they just do my annual inspection. Seems like a good group of people over there.

You could alway take your wheels off locally and then drive them up to Motorcycles Unlimited.

I would recommend finding someone other than Discount Motorcycle Tire in "stinky"dena.
Search Javi's "mount a tire" thread. He looks rather careful

I use X-IT Cycles on 518 in League City for tire installs on chrome wheels. They aren't cheap but do a good, SAFE job and balance them well. I have them do my chrome rims. They have all the plastic guards on their machine and bars. I also use Discount Motorcycle tire on Spencer(@ Shaver, their new shop) and they did the tires on my 1000 with painted rims with absolutely no scratches and I was in and out in 30 mins. If you are super picky and worried about scratches, I would pay X IT to do it....they get $40 a wheel OFF the bike...
