Be careful when hollering....you may get shot....

this sh*ts crazy....

http://www.onlineathens.com/stories/...30100208.shtml

Investigators who specialize in collisions involving cars and motorcycles will try to determine whether a 21-year-old murder victim rammed a car with his bike before he was gunned down in Bogart on Monday night.

The investigators were called in Friday from South Georgia and Florida, Oconee County Sheriff Scott Berry said, though he would not say what agency or organization they represent.

"They investigate collisions and are recognized experts specific to motorcycle-car accidents," Berry said.

Oconee investigators seized the car this week to find out if damage jibes with two teenage sisters' story that the motorcycle rider, Bryan Joseph "B.J." Mough of Winder, rammed their car with his bike after they left an Atlanta Highway department store Monday.

Investigators will continue to search the car for evidence today, Berry said.

Investigators also hope a cell phone company can confirm whether the girls made a call to their father, Richard Harold "Ricky" Gear, as they were driving home. The cell phone company may be able to find the exact time and location of the call, Berry said.

The girls, ages 17 and 19, have admitted they squabbled with Mough and made obscene gestures at him after leaving the Athens Target, officials said.

When Mough allegedly cut them off, rammed their car and followed them, the girls then called their father, they said, as they drove home several miles away in Bogart. Gear was waiting in the driveway of his home with a .40-caliber pistol, Berry said, and fired "two or three times" about 6:45 p.m., hitting Mough in the back as he drove by. Gear, 46, is charged with murder and is held without bond.

While Berry confirmed Mough was shot in the back and was not on Gear's property, he will not say whether the shooting was made in self-defense.

"There's no evidence that Mough's motorcycle was on Gear's property, but I am not making the conclusion that he did or did not act in self-defense. That's for a jury to decide," Berry said.

Investigators in Oconee also are taking a look at a 2-year-old case in which Gear allegedly fired a gun at a group of teenagers. The teens lived in the neighborhood and were arguing with one of Gear's daughters and her boyfriend, according to one teen's mother. The teens ran over a mailbox as they fled the property, according to a sheriff's department report, but neither the property damage or alleged shooting resulted in any charges.

"We've gone back and looked at the evidence and the initial investigation," Berry said. "We've re-interviewed most of the people involved in that (case), and we're still working on it."

As the investigation into the shooting continues, Mough's death continues to draw national attention to the small town of about 1,100 people that straddles the Clarke-Oconee county line.

Dozens of motorcyclists, many or all of whom didn't know Mough, plan to ride from the Atlanta area to attend his funeral scheduled for noon today in Winder.

The motorcyclists planned to ride from the Pleasant Hill Road exit on Interstate 85 to show support for Mough's family and their "disdain" for what happened to him, according to one of the riders.

The story has drawn national attention. A Headline News spokeswoman representing news anchor Nancy Grace said Friday the program was planning to report on the story.

Articles about the shooting have also registered thousands of hits on news Web sites and sparked hundreds of comments from readers.

Multiple cases in which the daughters are the cause or the starting point for shooting..........................hummm not likely to happen if you raised your kids right.

The two year old case didn't result in any charges. Mough being shot to death by Gear is recent. Agreed that these two little bishes seem to be the catalyst for dear 'ol dad to pop off a few rounds. Prolly after a few cold ones had been knocked back. Wonder if they even asked or tested Gear for alcohol/drugs?

If, the biker attacked the car (ramming it or whatever...how this is possible I do not know) then self defense is presumable. One can defend there family. Otherwise he has got some serious time in a cell ahead of him.

Never met anyone that would intentionally ram a car with their bike.

there's a minor update on the local newspaper again. Apparently the specialists have concluded their investigation in regards to the bike 'ramming' the car, but it has not been made public.

Reading the article, the implication is that the investigation was done as part of the case against the shooter.

Just from reading everything, my thought on how it actually went down is...

The girls didn't see the rider and ran in to HIM. He then cusses them, gestures at them, and follows them b/c they refuse to stop and exchange info. The girls call daddy and tell him someone is following them, but they don't tell daddy WHY this person is following. They get home and the rider drives by to learn where they live so he can file a report later. Once he passes the house, he has to turn aroung to go back down the street to leave the area. Once the guy PASSES the house, the chicken- POS father who's heard nothing but lies from his daughters shoots this guy in the back. The bike wasn't on the property, the rider had no gun or weapon, and he was PAST THE HOUSE yet the father claims it was self-defense? Bullshit. This guy needs to do some time for being an idiot murderer. IMO, the girls should do some time for being part of the cause of the murder if they indeed did hit the rider and failed to stop and led him to his death at the hands of their pop. Plus, if that's the case, they've lied/obstructed a murder investigation.

Wouldn't surprise me one bit if this is how it actually went down.

This came up in another forum about a week ago and thats pretty much the average consensus. I can't even imagine how a motorcycle could "ram" a car and stay upright and functioning well enough for the rider to follow them all the way to their house. AND if it was an accident and he did mess up and rear-end them or something why would he follow them to trade information if he was at fault?

Honestly I would have just followed long enough to get the license and then call the cops and claim a hit and run, but maybe he didn't have a cell or insurance or whatever other reason he didn't do that. But he was probably pretty rattled having just been hit by some douche daughters that didn't even notice until after the fact. This I really am interested to find out how this all ends.

Also I hope those riders going down to show their support don't decide to ride by the house, I know the dads locked up but the daughters might still have guns...
