Justice is best when it's poetic ...

One of my biggest pet peeves is when people simply don't put away their shopping carts and rather just leave them to roam free around in the parking lot ... well yesterday at HEB I watch a couple load up their BMW suv and just lef the cart in the empty parking slot next to them ... then the wind picked up and pushed the cart right into thier side pannel leaving a nice scratch in the black paint ....

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ... i almost busted a gut laughing!

The guy got out, looked at the scratch, said a couple choice words under his breath and actually put the cart back where it belonged ... a little too late ... but I hope a lesson was learned.

Aw bummer.. Not really. I cannot stand that either. It is pure laziness. Folks throw a fit when there are no carts to use for shopping and have to pull it out of the parking lot somewhere but cannot put them back when ever they are done using them. Then leaving in a parking space so someone cannot park there or the passenger has to get out to move the cart to park there. Okay, I'm done.

i leave carts around but in my mind i justify it like that:
I create jobs for those workers that have to collect the carts from all over the parking lot and pull them back to the store. If everyone was to return their cart there will be fewer employees needed for that and therefore the store will have lower costs of doing business and our prices will be lower... Isn't it bad for the economy? It's Adam Smith's logic - to use more services/goods than one needs in order to stimulate production... right or wrong?

I hate it when people leave baskets in the Handicap parking spots. It isn't easy to get out move the baskets and then get back into the car all over again to pull it in. I have to take my wheelchair apart and load it multiple times just cause of that. If someone was to cross me after having to do that, I don't think that they would be breathing anymore. lol.

those kids still got to go and collect the carts from the cart return slots ... you didn't create any jobs there fella ... just showed in a small way why the US is going to pot ... a lack of personal responsibility is what plagues this country.

I never go shopping without the BF. make him push carts around, fetch things while I go down the list, get the heavy stuff (Sams club), put the cart away. unload. only things he will not do are compare prices and put stuff away in the pantry.

I got it good.
