size 38 is pretty small. If he picked it up from and end of season dealer clearance then he will still profit. I loved working at a shop, the discounts and behind the counter prices made it so worth it even though the pay sucked. We would get full race gloves for ten to fifteen dollars. Not A-stars or any big names, and they would usually be pretty ugly colors, but we sold em for 25 and the budget track guys loved them.

Yup. He got it cheap and hoped to find the right buyer. The price has been going down ever since.

In other words, if it's your size and you like it, jump on it.

38 is really small i wear a 42 and only weigh a buck fifty, and also if your over 5'8 its not going to fit very well i wouldnt think. Go have pattrick fit you up, that way you know what size you need before you spend tha cash
