ticketed for no M class endorsment

hello guys/gals,

Just recently got ticketed for no M class endorsment. I've taken MSF (basic riding course) but never went to get my license. what are my options?

Go ahead i know someones itching to flame on me for this

Usually they will tell you if you do it right away you can get it dismissed or something. Did they say anything to you?

do i have a "defensive driving" option per say? Advance rider's course?!?!?!? Anyone know how much that ticket is btw?

nah what happen was someone rear ended me and totalled my bike, the cop gave him a ticket, then came over to me and said "your turn mr nguyen, you have no M class endorsment, sign here" and tehn he left. didn't tell me anything about how to get it dismissed.

I would just get it ASAP, and take proof that you did take MSF, and beg for mercy, maybe you can get it dismissed.

As far as insurance, alot of policies exclude non-licensed drivers. The insurance companys tend to look the other way when your handing them the money. But when theyve gotta hand you money its a different story.

Just get your lisence within ten days, you should be able to get it dismissed. UNLESS you have a mean judge or a bad attitude!

get your license ASAP, then call the court and see if you can bring in your new temp. license and have it dismissed.

heres a quick question. Say you have to take your written and driving test witht he DPS. Do you have to test at a facility in your area? Or can you go to any DPS testing center/office in the state?

and yes, I have my M and took MSF.

I think it has to be in the county your primary residence is in.
