I use it in my car, never thought about using it on the bike. I'm interested to see everyone's responses.

i use it on the busa... i love it. feels very very smooth, had no problems... i use K&N oil filter and 10w40 oil changed every 2,500 to 3,000 miles. put it in on the second oil change at 1,000 miles, have 7,500 now

Everything I've read has always given much praise to royal purple in bikes. My clients use it in the machinery at the various plants across the country and swear by it.

I can't justify the cost since I change my oil after 2-300 miles.

Where do you buy it from? I go get mine done, I thought you couldn't just go to any store and buy it.

i get mine at clearlake speed, 9.00 per quart, usually like $38 and change for 4 quarts. use it just once and you'll notice the difference...

go to royalpurple.com and click dealer locator and you can see where it is sold... make sure you choose motorcycle though

FYI the stuff is blended in Porter TX just north of Kingwood. It is the cleanest facility I've ever walked in. Not one drop of oil anywhere in the production/packaging area.

Me and both of my parents use royal purple in our bikes. My dad swears by it, i just started using it. Cost isn't that big of an issue to me when I only use like 2 and a half quarts

Nope youmust go through a dealer from what I was told. They also do custom blending if you want to be picky though.

Good stuff! I have the cycle-max formula in my 636 and it was an immediate difference. I use a K&N oil filer too.

You could run it for up to 8,000 miles but I'll still change it once every 3 months or 3,000 miles.

i'd rather not push it since an oil change is $50 and a motor rebuild is at least $1000

yup i used to pick up loads of from there to ship overseas, there the only production plant for it, for the whole world, they gave me some for their employee cost , and i have to say i wouldnt pay for it at the 7bucks a quart for my car but it felt great when i added it.alot of high performance car owners use it other people had told me they go 10000 miles before their oil change, i dont know about in a bike though.
