Conspiracy is more than 2 people planning to commit a felony, which he definately did. Or atleast charge them with fleeing the scene of an accident. "shot 2 or 3 times, hitting the rider once in the back" I wonder who's house he hit with the other 2 bullets, glad he didn't kill someone else too.
this happened in Georgia.

as an aside.. this was posted in the thread on the forum
I found the article one...

"It this was in Texas, he would not be arrested and they would be branding him a hero."
Is it just me, or doesn't this seem like a dig/attack towards texans/texas in general.

"Mough, who also worked as a freelancer with Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta, was excited about buying his first motorcycle last month, Williams said."

Poor guy only got to ride a month before getting killed and he wasn't even doing something fun like going triple digits or a freeway wheelie.

I bet it was. It sounds like it was in relation to the Joe Horn shooting.

It seems highly unlikely that he initiated contact with the girls' cage. The odds don't seem to be in his favor. They probably bumped him, and that him off. Hit & Run, and so he follows to get their info, and find out where they live. He found out what he needed to find out, so turned around to head back and probably file a report with the Police, but as he was already leaving, he was shot in the back.

The girls' story doesn't fly, and being of such a "well respected family", they are probably spoiled brats, who think the world revolves around them. so they call daddy to take care of things for them, telling daddy what daddy wants to hear... that his poor girls are innocent victims of a motorcyclist cutting them off, and hitting them, and not the other way around. They were just innocent little daddy's girls shopping at "Tarjay".

That's how I see it playin' out in my head. Murder.

this is how i see it playing out too...hopefully all 3 of them get into trouble...poor guy just wanted to drive his bike. an dif your gonna shoot someone how can it be justified as self defense when you shoot him in the back...doesnt sound like self defense to me at all

Hmmm biker cut them off huh? I wonder if the rider did it b/c the girls cut him off first. Not that it would make cutting of the girls justified but ya'll get what I'm saying, right? I hate stories that are missing all of the important details.

To shoot an un-armed person in the back with no threat done to yourself is such a pussified move in my own opinion. RIP to the dude but some people have wicked bad luck.

Girls' story sounds very fishy. Why in the would a rider 'hit' a car on purpose on his bike? Sounds like they hit him, and refused to stop. Stupid girls- They'll get theirs.

Well hopefully someone will read this and realize that they need to be a little more careful out there. You just don't know what people are thinking or what they will do. There are some crazy people out there that you can run into at anytime.
