or could have been following them in order to get the plate#
or make/model. Lot of possibilities on 'why' he was following.

None of it brings an immediate justification of shooting the guy to mind though. Definitly want to see if more information comes forth..

p.s. thanks for fixing the link RX :-)

This story just me off.

I mean WTF are people not only thinking but doing these days? Is there ANY common sense left?

People killing people now because someone said something, people killing people for no reason in malls and universities? People killing people because they couldn't get off their ****ing cellphone? WTF?

+1 I'm with you. Everytime I hear this kind of it really urks me. I would like to hear the defence for this moron just out of sheer curiousity. Plus I have been shot at a couple of times for no reason at all. Stupidity is all it is. I guess it was worth it for this fool to shoot the guy instead of trying to resolve it in a more logical manner.

they prob cut him off, and he ran into them, but not bad enough to mess up his bike where it couldnt drive. they bolted thinking that he had hit them on purpose.. called dad... dad ran outside to defened his daughters... guy drives by, sees dad with gun, turns around (dead end street maybe? or doesnt know his way out ahead) because he doesnt want to get shot. drives by and daddy lights his up like a fish in a barrel. The guy should of just held his fire unless the guy dismounted his bike and ran at him.

What state was this in? F*ckin' pathetic, hope the charges stick on the dad and if the girls had been involved in an accident they can be charged with conspiracy if they had talked with Dad and they decided on him bringing the gun out and shooting the rider. Conspiracy is more than 2 people planning to commit a felony, which he definately did. Or atleast charge them with fleeing the scene of an accident. "shot 2 or 3 times, hitting the rider once in the back" I wonder who's house he hit with the other 2 bullets, glad he didn't kill someone else too.

ha! yeah except nobody shot at us. I forgot all about that. Wasn't pigpen or t.dubya there with us? I know there was a third person there.

Hmmm biker cut them off huh? I wonder if the rider did it b/c the girls cut him off first. Not that it would make cutting of the girls justified but ya'll get what I'm saying, right? I hate stories that are missing all of the important details.

omg, that's terrible! There is absolutely no reason why that poor kid should have died, why would the father shoot somebody while theyre on a bike??!! it's not like he's that much of a threat while hes riding! Even if the collision was the rider's fault, he shouldnt have been shot for trying to get insurance info (which is what i bet he was doing). I blame the whole family for this incident, the daughters shouldnt have driven off if an accident occured.
