They used to make (and might still) some of the best race leathers. A lot of MotoGP racers used them.

Good company, been around for a long time- if that's the same company as it was in the 80's and 90's.

I have the NJK black mesh since I got my bike back in June. Good company. The only complaint I have is sometimes the zippers ends gets turned and are hard to zip up on the pockets. Other than that it's a great jacket. Maybe the leather jackets have better zippers on them.

Tom I could be wrong but I think you and I are thinking MJK leathers as worn by Jurgen van der Goorberg in the 500cc World championship amongst others.

Yep.

Probably NJK is hoping to capitalize on the name similarity.:/:

just in case anybody was interested in this company....

I did some snooping around on the www and came across a lot of good reviews towards their craftsmenship and quality.

I also decided to shoot an email to them inquiring about their products. The owner himself replied quickly to all my questions, and gave me all the necessary info on getting my custom leather suit made. He also requested to call him while i take measurements so that they can get every measurement necessary down to the wire for proper fit.

So far so good, customer service seems to be top notch as far as i can tell.
