Are there any restrictions?
Yes, you must be 18 years old or older, in good health and sober. If you are over 60 years old we require a doctor's note stating that you are in good physical condition and can participate in an extreme sport. To do a tandem jump you must weight less than 225 pounds.
If you have any physical challenge please call in advance and we will be happy to discuss it.

lost 13lbs so far, gettin there. I think i could lose the other 30 before November 17th. I really feel like hoppin out of a plane.

just joined today, but i'm almost definitely down, pending a final move date. (i'm moving to north carolina sometime within the next 2 months. it's a logistical nightmare). i've been once and have been itching to go again ever since.

I've already made the appointment for the 17th of November. Anyone here is welcome to join in. Just post it up!

I'll be doing the AFF jump which means I jumpe without an instructor attached to my rear end lol... Anyway, that's more expensive and you have to take the class which is about 6 hours long. So I'll be there from 7 am to later that evening. You'll recognize me by the MH T-shirt :-D

how do you go about doing that, and how much extra is it? i've already done the tandem thing. i think i'd rather go solo.

Accelerated Freefall (AFF)
After 6 hours of training, your FIRST or Level 1 jump will be with your own parachute system while 2 instructors assist you through 60 seconds of freefall, then you deploy and land the parachute all by yourself! Price includes course, instructors, gear and jump.

For 1 - 2 Students: $295.00 each
For 3 - 4 Students: $275.00 each
For 5 - 11 Students: $265.00 each

if you come out with us, on the 17th you will be able to get it for the $265 price. I have an appointment.
