Tank sliders for 06-07 R6

My good friend is in dire need of tank sliders for his 06 R6 for this weekends CMRA race at Oak Hill...


If anybody has some they will sell, it would be GREAT!!

If not, im gonna be working my fiberglass magic tonight!

cmra has had this rule for the r6. r6 tank is thin and will grind away, then comes fuel, then KABOOOOOM!!!!

i'm sure there is a quick fix for it.....tell your buddy to talk to the tech guys and see what he can do for a temporary fix.

bring an old fender/bumper/broken fairing......anything made of plastic, and a heat gun. and something to cut the hard plastic (dremel would do good)

put the plastic up against the tank, and put the heat on it, form the plastic to the tank, and bingo! 3m tape or industrial velcro.....you're done.
