M4.
I've got one on my SV1000S and have been really happy with both the performance and the quality.

I've ridden & ridden behind Patrick's SV1000, and the M4 sounds and looks great. I'd have to get that one, out of your choices.

Even though you said you don't want the 2bros, I have one on my SV650 and it sounds pretty good. The look of the 2bros is what sold me, but if I had to pay $800 for, I wouldn't have gotten it. Instead I got it off of ebay for $170 shipped so my choices were all narrowed down to the 2bros when the price was considered. I've also read a lot of good things about the hole shot ones on SVRider.

They're not on your list, but you might look into Leo Vince. They have dual slip-ons for the SV1000 for $519 retail. You could probably get them online or from a local shop for much less. I have the dual Leo Vince on my RC-51 and the fit & finish is on par w/ many other higher priced systems. They also come w/ a street-legal baffle which can be removed/re-installed easily.

This picture only shows the right side...
