heres the best part, i bought the rims for $80 off of craigslist, i got a hook-up here in town on tires, they cost me $250 installed, so thats a total of $330 dollars, just sold my other tires and rims on craigslist for $300, so really, i got a great upgrade for $30.

thats why i love being me

I'm a firm believe that a bike is no substitute for a vehicle. I'm a VERY firm believer that a bike is no substitute for a FIRST vehicle. You need to learn the streets in a cage before you hit them on a bike.

ahh yes, the enthusiastic NOOB. I was that way too when I got my first bike. It was my only vehicle at the time. Once I got another car I never rode in the rain again, unless I got stuck in it that is.

funny story, a guy in austin had them posted for $100, i called, he said they are "perfect" not a scratch on them, so that weekend i go up to austin to see family, go see him first, rims have normal wrear and tear (nothing you can really see without getting really really close to them) i say "they are not perfect, ill give you $80" he just shrugged and said ok.

now, if he woulda thought about it, i just drove 2 hours, like i wasnt gonna spend the extra $20, good part about being in sales.

im surprised you arent amazed by the price of the tires. those bf A/Ts retail for abot $215..... a piece

I was, but I didn't want to make my pain from spending over 1k on my Bronco's tires(through my connection) any worse by listening to you blab about how cheap you got them
