HEY JUST FINISHE WITH THE SISSY BAR FOR THE IRONHORSE CHECK IT OUT,

WELL I NEED TO HAVE ALL THE WELDS HEALEARCED AND THEN I NEED TO SMOTH THINGS OUT AND POLISH, S.S.

what is missing, it bolts to the fender struts , i need to clean it up and polish as stated in the post but it good i like it all the bends are the same it will work just as good as that 500 dollar one xtream tx choppers wants to sell me !



i know what you wher thinking, a bunch of kawi riders sitting in a small bar singing songs an putting flowers in ther hair right? sipping appletenies!

Hey - Don't listen to her, I'M IMPRESSED! I wanted to do the same thing because they want to charge so much for this piece of metal. Lots of places you can find ready made cushions to just bolt on the finished product and not too bad on the prices. Even JC Whitney sells 'em.

Id say figure out a way to mount a pad with fender washer, then lock washer, then wing-nut.

got it on lockdown, all i have to do is put the padding on and wrap in leather!


and yes even the aftermarket bars are like 300 so i got it done , it will work for me !

smooth it, fill in the bad spots with jb weld original formula and I'll powder coat it fer ya.
