Nicky has got some support on MH

I think we'll see a bit of Vermulan and the Suzuki right up there if he can just qualify it better

Hopper is finally going to get his first win this year...

Vermulen's going to win the LaGuna Seca GP in the dry...

Rossi will struggle the first half of the year while Stoner cleans up another tidy championship...

Melandri will do worse than Capirossi did last year...

Nicky will finish 4th in the championship...

Lorenzo will win one race this year...

Edwards will crash on the final lap of the Dutch TT while in first place (again)...

Toseland will struggle all year with a 5th place being his best finish of the year...

Nakano will win the Motegi GP...

You can go to motogp.com and click on live timing. You may have to go to results page first, then click live timing and you should get in. DO NOT fill in the password, just press enter and you are in as a guest.
Hayden, DePun, Edwards only three in the :39's, and Nicky is going to be in the :38's before it's over in one hour.
Michelin riders in top five, Stoner first 'Stone rider in 6th. I can't wait for Qatar.

pfft. BS. nicky is one of the hardest working riders out there, if not always the fastest. he consistantly puts in many more laps that other riders in FP sessions, etc.

true, he didnt earn the 06 season by blowing away the competition, but he did earn it. if anyone was lazy in 06 it was rossi, who only had to FINISH to become the champ, and he got too agressive and it made him sloppy and he washed it out along with a whole season.

as fasr as hayden in 07, i think he was not totally on his game, but also trying very hard on a less than ideal bike for him. on top of that, the #1 was weighing heavy on his bike.

now it seems he is liking the bike. still a couple things to work out, but it sounds like the issues everyone has, just tidying up the tune and setup before getting underway. i also think he is hungry again.

if i really tried to get in nicky's head, i would say somehow he felt as if he wasnt sure if he really did enough to earn the season in 06. subconsiously it was slowing him down in 07. (as well as other problems)

now his bike is sorted, his head is clear, and the weight is gone. he may not become the champ for 08....but im betting he will be back to 06 form, you have to admit, even if you dont think he earned the championship, he did really well. he was on the podium just about every race weekend, and not everyone could say that.

i expect to see him back up there on a regular basis again. as always its not completly up to the rider how his season and finishes go. ducati is looking really good, and they have a more than competant rider (stoner) that will be helluva hard to beat.

as the camera focuses on stoner all year, i think we will get used to seeing hayden coming out of the corner in the backround...

where can I get a TV schedule for this MotoGP season? Couldn't find one at speedtv or moto gp site. Is the schedule announced closer to the date of each race?

i really think that everybody is overlooking one person.........LORENZO!! this boy is going to be on fire. he is already at the top of the charts and i really feel he will be a front runner. nicky is still my favorite but i like lorenzo too. I dont think toseland will do as well as he wants to. as long as the season is not boring like last year ill be good. but with all the changes and the new riders this year, i think we are all in for a good show
